Context:
Parami University, a not-for-profit online liberal arts institution, required a digital platform to foster community engagement and collaboration among students, educators, and alumni.
Problem:
The lack of a centralized platform limited the ability of students and faculty to access tools, join events, form groups, and discuss academic topics. ParamiHub is address this gap and create a digital home for a connected, interactive learning environment.
Role & Responsibilities
Product Manager
Conducted stakeholder interviews to identify needs and expectations.
Defined the scope and functionality of the platform.
Led UX/UI design efforts to ensure intuitive navigation and accessibility.
Worked with EdTech team to integrate tech stack solutions.
Oversaw launch and onboarding initiatives to drive early adoption.

Conducted internal surveys and interviews with 30+ students and faculty to identify key platform features.
Strategy:
Established goals to increase platform engagement by 50% within the first year.
Prioritized features based on user needs: tech stack library, events calendar, group creation tools, and forums.
Design & Development:
Designed an intuitive, mobile-first interface to ensure ease of use.
Integrated key tools, including a tech stack directory with descriptions, tutorials, and download links.
Developed robust group and event management features to encourage collaboration.
Built a forum with threaded discussions and voting mechanisms to foster interaction.
Iteration:
Conducted beta testing with early adopters to refine the platform.
